Just gone on sale on the Nippon Ichi webstore are some new Disgaea 3 goods, the most interesting of which is a new digital artbook, a CD for the PC and Mac, retailing at ¥4,000. It apparently contains some 700 illustrations, not just from the game but also from marketing materials, etc. No word on Etna, resolution or international orders…

I thought you might... I was slightly tempted too. Need some Disgaea CGs.
The CC shouldn't be an issue, but they say nothing about international shipping so it's not clear whether they will or not. If not, you could try a proxy service (good list over at Heisei Democracy).
