The user may select their desired staring partner from a menu with over 50 choices and stare at them to their hearts content. A wide variety of opponents are available for you to defeat. Anyway, I'd be impressed if they managed to do an interactive version using a webcam, where you can choose a difficulty level and the way you move your eyes and head influences what the character on-screen does.
