US Army Brats Attempt Murder of Japanese Woman

Four American youths who attempted to kill random Japanese motorists by way of a rope strung across a road have been arrested for attempted murder after they succeeded in knocking a woman off her bike and fracturing her skull.

What took them so long? Asahi reports that 20,000 US military personnel stationed in Japan are to be subjected to background checks to weed out those likely to cause a reoccurrence of something likely to further impugn the already dubious reputation of US forces stationed chiefly in Okinawa. They will be given “counselling” to help them suppress their soldierly impulses towards the citizens of Japan, and those that fail will be sent home. This is sparked by the most recent incident in a long line of incidents.
