Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications is considering implementing a system whereby visitors to a list of government proscribed sites would have their access restricted to a warning message, in much the same way as with China and elsewhere.
Their ostensible aim is a crackdown on sites serving pornography featuring underage participants.

You may recall that in the recent (first) Toradora mizugi special, Ami suggested to Taiga a children’s swimsuit she thought more becoming of Taiga’s form.
A 2channer has reworked Taiga’s eventual choice of swimwear into just that swimming costume, doubtless more to the taste of 2ch’s otaku contingent.
There is doubtless a sequence of entirely understandable events leading to this dubious image, though unfortunately working them out is probably beyond most observers…
