Previously, we saw how charming and indispensible knee socks are to anime and similar, but recently I was surprised to see this collection of images showing knee socks (as well as similar garments such as stockings or thigh-highs) being worn by a variety of charming, and very much flesh and blood, young ladies.
I can’t have been alone in thinking that they hardly existed in three dimensions, but this appears not to be the case, though just how popular they are is an open question…

You can see very plainly from the vast array of images the Vippers provide here that some Japanese males have a very strong sense of attachment to school swimwear, a topic we have covered previously in some detail (or 2D if you prefer). Parents seem delighted to take the money of such men in exchange for images of their enticing daughters, but this seems to have proved harmless enough.
We also saw the finer points of one-piece sports orientated swimwear, so I suppose it is only fitting that the two are placed head to head.

We saw the rather more enigmatic schoolgirl in a see-through skirt recently, with something of a consensus emerging: bright lights and thin materials gave rise to her unintentional exposure. In this case, I don’t think it would be going out on a limb to speculate that this is a calculatedly deliberate spot of saucy idol exposure, but the principle is the same. Only more so. Including a transparent top.
After seeing the reasonably proportioned busts of the petanko gallery, you will doubtless be curious to see what is offered at the other end of the spectrum, in the unreasonably large breast, or kyonyuu, camp. Details below.

Seiyuu otaku seem to have subjected the object of their fascination, seiyuu 葉月絵理乃 / Erino Hazuki (leading role in Aria, also known for Blue Dragon, amongst others), to such a campaign of harassment that she has seen no option but to suspend her blog, and stop accepting mail from fans.

Here I shall introduce the art of えあう / Eau, an artist who has produced a number of these interesting illustrations, which as you can see use photos as a base. Whilst doing this and not disclosing it seems to be a recipe at times for derision or even scandal, doing it quite deliberately seems to be well received, and looking at these images, who could disagree.
