This is ののワ / Nonowa, of Idol Master, so called because her face resembles the “ののワ” kana. The chibi version of Haruka, usually drawn as a doodle, the precise details of her creation are obscure, but what is important is to view this page. That is all that is required.

Origin. You can often see Nonowa making appearances in various Idol Master MADs…
