Speculation concerning Billy Herrington’s arrival in Japan to attend today’s WonHobi 9 figure event proved to be correct – the bisexual former gay porn star will be receiving his own Figma action figure, complete with dumbbells, a shower stall, and sweat towel.
Aniki’s (Big Brother in Japanese, as he is usually known) claim to fame in Japan is, of course, the meme in which clips of his porn antics are inserted into other, unrelated Nico videos for comedic effect. Presumably the accessories included with the Figma are there so buyers can recreate memorable scenes from his most famous piece, GachiMuchi Wrestling.

An improbable balancing act from Figma Haruhi here. Surely such a precarious balancing act is not possible without trickery?

The Good Smile website has just updated with photos of the upcoming Figma Haruhi Suzumiya and Mikuru Asahina Cheerleader figures that were displayed at Comiket 75.
These Figma (poseable action figures from Max Factory) should prove to be quite popular, as they’re two of the main girls from the show once again put into the very popular Figma figure line.

Continuing the recent trend of Kannagi/Lucky Star crossovers, a fan of Figmas has filmed this rather amusing video of Lucky Star‘s Konata and Kagami enjoying the latest episode of Kannagi.

Another ardent Strike Witches fan (is there any other kind?) has demonstrated his craftmanship in the form of this self made Yoshika Miyafuji figure, as if the puchi Nendoroids, by another such fan, weren’t enough.

An enterprising use of Figma Hatsune Miku (not that negi onanism is any less enterprising), allowing the creation of 3D Kagamiku. Interchangeable parts are a marvellous thing…
More at Earl Box.

Hatsune Miku gets ecchi with some negi (leeks). Or maybe she just got it stuck in her pantsu. One of the pleasures of Figma is the sort of warped things you can have them do, and the massively anticipated and just released Figma Hatsune Miku is no exception. More negi action below.

The special edition articulate Haruhi to be exclusively released with the limited edition Haruhi Wii dance game (DX Pack) will be accompanied by the release of four different Haruhi busts, each compatible with interchangeable parts, with each bust being inconveniently bundled with a different magazine (The Sneaker, Comptiq, Shonen Ace & New Type). So fans wanting ponytail Haruhi will need the December edition of Comptiq, etc. (details above).
This strikes me as an elegant piece of marketing, not that they need it considering the hype. Tip off via Moon Phase.
