The newly launched homepage for 4chan developed English language disabled bishoujo eroge Katawa Shoujo / かたわ少女 (or “Cripple Girl” if we render it into English) went live recently, and the game has attracted a great deal of note (mostly derision) from Japanese observers; nonetheless, it looks to be an interesting project, so let us look it over.

I’m a little puzzled as to why admittedly highly popular RPG franchise Dragon Quest seems to have been able to accumulate so many quality images, and CG ones at that, with some doujin soft eroge obviously in play. Are Tales and Disgaea not worthy of this level of attention? We did at least have a superb selection of Monster Hunter images previously, so I suppose it is not too one-sided.
Leaving such matters aside, below you can see a large selection of Dragon Quest derived images, of a decidedly erotic character. You may wish to browse them on the Channel.

A pair of eroge for the iPhone have been released, and the videos below show them in action. They make good use of the touchscreen to spread legs and strip off clothing, so the DS had better watch out.
The games in question involve Yoshika of ストライクウィッチーズ / Strike Witches, and Yunocchi of ひだまりスケッチ×365 / Hidamari Sketch 365.

The second, of what could hopefully be a long line of unofficial Strike Witches shooting games, has been released. It is a vertically scrolling shoot ‘em up in the modern style of Touhou and the like, and quite entertaining, so give it a try if you are so inclined. I have also included the first, which is a side scroller, more basic, but with more pantsu.

A select gallery of Touhou characters. Rather than focussing solely on Hakurei Reimu and Marisa as is so often the case, there is a very strong focus on the various charismatic minor characters, so you may find your favourite minor featuring.
See all the images of the gallery on the Channel, as well as of course plenty of other Touhou related images. Tagging the more esoteric minors is quite challenging, so feel free to lend a hand. If you were looking for Reimu’s armpits, look here.

A novel, and rather entertaining and well executed doujin eroge which may be of interest has just had its demo version released; 田舎でシよう！２ 博多編 / Inaka de Shiyou! 2 Hakata-ben Version (Let’s do it in the country!) is based on the novel (if we ignore the fact that it is a sequel) premise of “hougen moe”, that is to say “dialect moe”.
In this case the dialect spoken by the young ladies (actually the protagonist’s little sisters…) is Hakata-ben, a folksy (to Tokyo Japanese at least) variant spoken in part of Fukuoka (Kyushu). The game is fully voiced, and the subtitles are in standard Japanese, so it is rather interesting to listen to, and easily understood from the subtitles (even native Japanese have much difficulty with these kind of dialects).
The art does not disappoint either, as you can see below.
