The flagship store of otaku goods retailer Gamers is currently displaying the upcoming Card Captor Sakura BD release side by side with the older DVD master.
Not a huge amount of detail can be seen by these smaller resolution photos of a store display (shown below), but fellow fans of the well regarded shoujo classic should find the coming release of the BD version to be happy news.
