The latest erotic art of Louise and the rest of the over-endowed cast of Zero no Tsukaima is virtually upon us, with a few copies seeping out a day early. The book, titled ゼロの使い魔 双月の騎士 ルイズ写真集 / Zero no Tsukaima Knight of the Twin Moons Louise Photo Album, actually an artbook, promises 80 pages of large, full colour gravuric photo style illustrations, naturally centred on Louise in various states of undress. General release is on the 20th.
I’m sure this will find its way onto the Internet soon enough (feel free to help out in this respect), so do not despair if hardcopy is not to your liking; expect an update when it does.

Something for fans of excellent artist Okama catches my eye: food themed dominatrix ナスビ様 / Nasubi-sama (Eggplant-sama) finally nears the release of her figure incarnation. With the recent announcement of the Queen’s Blade anime, I thought it timely to have a look at the actual game books (especially with regard to their alluring art). The books actually have their roots in D&D and similar, and circuitously found their way from the western tabletop RPG scene to their current popularity as collectible ecchi artbooks.

This is Robot magazine, a beautiful, large format, full colour manga magazine/serial artbook under the direction of Range Murata (村田蓮爾; also a contributor), who may be familiar to you as the character designer of the anime Last Exile (highly recommended), amongst others. Yoshitoshi Abe (安倍吉俊) (involved in various capacities with Serial Experiments Lain (a favourite), Texhnolyze (another favourite), Haibane Renmei, NieA_7, etc) is also regularly featured. It is pricey and slim compared to the more mainstream phonebook sized manga compilations, but the quality of art included is second to none. Perhaps the cover price is a small price to pay for supporting these artists?
