I had this same exact issue last year, I ate and ate and I never gained a pound (I am talking McDonald’s fourth meal every day of the week and I even stuffed myself with junk food twice or three times a week).

Then I started working out and cutting on the junk food. I still kept my intake of food, just converted it to real meals rather than fast food, and hit the gym twice or three times a week, and so far I’ve gained about 24 pounds of muscle and I’m cutting out more and more fat hopefully :P

I do Olympic weight training though like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press and stuff :o The training program here is pretty awesome, and it’s the one I’m using right now o,o [b]http://stronglifts.com/[/b] and it’s not too bad since you start out with the bar and build up from there for all the exercises :D The program’s also good for burning fat, though in my case, I’m using it to build muscle since I’m skinny :x

Today I ate rice with chicken and lentils and potatoes… my favorite food of all time is definitely white rice with beef and lentils :o

Once I had a dream. It was pretty random. So basically I started out in a mall doing some random Christmas shopping by myself and was going up and down escalators for a decent while. Then all of a sudden I spot this moving miniature snow man who’s laughing at me and provoking me to come chase it.

So I basically drop everything I have and start chasing this moving mini snow man through the whole mall (it was a pretty damn huge mall, with a very HIGH ceiling). Then the snow man makes a mad dash towards this random black door and I run after it and go through the door. All of a sudden I’m outside and it’s freezing cold and I’m looking for the snow man but I just can’t spot him.

I start crossing the street and just as I’m in front of some Indian store, a drunken guy wearing a turban laughing his ass off comes and runs me over with his car. I see my legs get crushed under the car and scream. Then I woke up from the dream and my legs felt strangely numb. I took off my blanket and my legs were in tact but damn did it hurt to walk afterwards…
