Japanese pop culture has always put up lingo that had to do with sexuality, war and even the nukes. It’s nothing special or meaningful. People just wear a ton of Engrish material and do not know or do not care about the ‘message’ of it all.

At some stage in history between Japan, Korea and China, they have been copying eachother or ‘adapting’ to each others’ cultures. Go read any reputable book on Asian art history and you can see how each cultures directly influenced eachother.
