Can the gifs from the posts be converted to webm before being submitted? Frontpage takes too long to load with all those gifs. Webms take much less space and all newer browsers support it. Can always fallback to gif for IE.

Anime is outsourced all the time already, usually to countries like China and S. Korea with lots of skilled workforce.
