I mean, I’ve been to Japan a few times. Granted, I’m only 23, but many of my Japanese girlfriends are 27-28. They got PLENTY of attention from men when we went out. So I don’t know about the whole Christmas cake theory..

I would like to say, whores would dress scantily for the occasion. Making their clothes irrelevant for the sole purpose of being revealing.
In this case, wearing a bathing suit when there is no pool or sea in sight. That is a whore.
