They pay you just for visiting and staying there? It sounds like they are trying to enroll people in a distributed computing network. After all it’s possible to send you encrypted messages via ajax and let your browser solve for known passphrases.

Currently LDP has successfully pushed forth an effort to restrict its sale, while DPJ shrunk back and let them. LDP is putting forth another effort to do so on a much more massive scale by outlawing major segments entirely. DPJ could shrink from the challenge again due to its lack of balls and fear of dropping opinions.
