The problem of employment.
The downturn of economy of Japan continues , after the prosperity of the second half of the 80s. Furthermore, we are anxious about the influence of the big earthquake in northeast before half a year.
However, there are many job offers in Tokyo. It is the work of non-regular employment called ”HAKEN”. HAKEN means dispatch. Their salary is low and there is not possibility of promotion. They are unmarried persons. Female labor environment is still more inferior.

There is a mechanism in the employment structure of this country. In Japan, if not employed at the same period as graduation of a university, he is not employed as regular employment until he dies. Individual capability does not become a problem. And the mistake is not corrected. Nobody writes clearly but it exists as tacit comprehension.

However, the essence of the problem is neither labor environment nor strange employment system. Pain of the maximum of the labor in Japan is compulsion of ideology.
I do not work because I resist this situation.
Workers are taught to be subordinate to a company first.
The ideology is ”Put up with non-reason”, ”You should not complain”, ”Throw away rationality”, ”You should not have your opinion”, etc. Some companies take out an employee for a training camp, and it brainwashes them using the technique of counseling.

They have not aped the movie, ”Full Metal Jacket” directed by Stanley Kubrick. This company is a major food company.

In Japan, public opinion is an ally of the government and a company. These national traits are influence of Confucianism. Moreover, it was strengthened by modernization of Meiji era, and the military organization at the time of World War II.

By this cause, the young man’s workers are alienated from society. The reason for a crime of Kato who killed and wounded people in Akihabara was loneliness. He said, when arrested by the police, ”I was able to talk with people at last.” and, The laughable fact, The action reason of the right-wing in 2ch is loneliness curing . and, In this country, 30,000 people commit suicide every year.

There are many excellent engineers and industrious workers in Japan. However, their profits are spoiled by structure of Japan. We have to organize the community, and political party representing us. but, it is difficult to reform an Eastern country.
