AKG K272 HDs, but basically the same as the K271s. The mid range is what I like as well as the treble and these perform that range perfectly. A soft bass can always be fixed with an amp. The padding seems to be some sort of suede or velvet. Haven't worn them for extended periods yet so I can't comment on the temperature but their light-weight construction is remarkable.
