Well it’s actually quite simple: all the tools and engine are finished.
That means people can actually concentrate on content, and not on having to build everything from scratch.

I gave mine to the Japanese Red Cross. I tried it will get to the people who need it that way a lot faster then say, if I gave it to the American red cross.
