In addition to confirming her strengths and weaknesses, they also confirmed that she’s not fighting and poison, let alone steel. It is heavily implied now that she might be a completely new type.
Shoko-tan type?

but then the "only" part is questionable.

I think they’re only going off the same thing I am. It’s not necessarily worded so that it’s only Miare City you can ride it in. It just says you can ride one in Miare City.
I see some people are taking it as, “Nintendo is tricking us again.”
Blame the translator/Joe. Not Nintendo…

I really like how the goat pokemon looks. Since you said you can ride it, does that mean a new HM move, something like 'Fly'? Or is it just a side thing.

Serebii.net, where I got these images, says you can ride it “in the field”… but the image actually says, “In Miare City, you can ride a Gogooto?!”
I haven’t been able to talk to Joe (Serebii) about if it was the translator or his telephone-like transcription abilities that made him write it that way, but I’m actually guessing it’s only in Miare City (or maybe around it) where you can ride it–not elsewhere. The magazine scan doesn’t necessarily specify in print big enough for me to read, but that’s how the big wording in Japanese sounded to me.

New information just updated. You can ride the goat Pokemon (which is apparently really big) in one of the cities (Miare City). Aside from that, some really interesting new features popped up:

You can change the hair and skin color of your character to add slight customization. The actual official character designs are out, too. Possible future customization options may be available, as this seems to be left open, but we don't know for sure yet. Not to mention, we son't know if the hair and skin customization is interchangeable or connected to the same model. Karos Region is the Japanese name of the region, which is, as previously mentioned, based partially on France.

I’m personally curious as to why two of the female protagonists in a row are wearing converse-like sneakers.

New Pokemon revealed! I’ll just leave the link, in case some people don’t want to see them just yet.

Once again, I’m going to predict the usual, “Nintendo/GameFreak is running out of ideas” thing again.
But since when was Nintendo/GameFreak trying to make Pokemon “original”…?
I agree that the designs aren’t very enticing to me, but just like gen V, I’m expecting to play the games and get attached to some of them anyway. Not to mention all the fanart that will make them look cool/cute enough to be worth attention.

Railgun Season 1, and then Season 2 somewhat parallels just slightly to lead to the events of Season 1 of Index. Railgun is a side story prequel to Index, although a few of the events eventually overlap, I believe. These events were already covered in the manga I read several years ago.

Not too bad. Her tail is a bit thick at the bottom, but otherwise its nice.

The tail isn’t “thick” so much as it’s folded, but the shading job doesn’t really display that right.

Either way, keep up the hard work.

I'm trying to wrap my head around this whole tail thing. I know her tail is going to end up much longer than her actual tail, but that's just me taking artistic license with a character to make what I want to make, but just making it look right is difficult.

It looks a lot better, but now I see the issue with the long tail and, as much as you can call it artistic freedom, you can’t really admit that it looks that great when it’s that long, can you?
It’s troublesome for some people, but I tend to redraw things I just can’t make look right. Sometimes, on my second attempt, it looks better (and sometimes, it looks worse, but it’s not like I erased the original sketch or anything). Especially if I modify a few things to fit the physique better.

@Dan Hibiki: The part where her tail connects to the body should jut outward a little, folding back to the point where she’s hugging it. The way you’ve got it, she’s holding it so straight up that the most sensitive part of the tail would be bent in a painful manner…

It’s not poorly written (it’s got the right strokes, the right form, and is far from unreadable), but it’s also not written with dignity. I’m pretty sure that’s to be said for anyone trashing a classroom like this.

That’s pretty realistic-ish coloring/shading. Am I being presumptious to think you had at least some reference?

I have tracks of Nakagawa Shoko singing “God Knows…,” but it would be interesting to hear these two together for a change.

On an extreme side note, I’ve played Square’s browser games before. They’re definitely not “bad” and can be addicting, but they simplify the potential of console/system-based games.

Fire Emblem Awakening is the true monolith of all Fire Emblem games.

Improved support system to the extent of active in-battle assistance, S-Rank support for marriage and it has bearing on playable characters that appear later, voices for every character, well-written character backgrounds, removing Rescue with the Pair-Up system, the map-roaming of Sacred Stones returns with changes to how fighting enemies in skirmishes, and a grand total of about 75 playable chapters.

I also S-Rank supported Nowi. It was a hard choice between her, Tharja and Anna, but Nowi is so cute it’s not even fair.

The English version erased much of her loli tendencies in the Japanese version.

Fire Emblem: Awakening was the only Fire Emblem I was ever able to beat…
Casual Mode is very, very helpful to those like me, who have tried to play Fire Emblem several times before and have never succeeded in getting past the halfway point until now.

About Sonic 06, it was destined to be the best Sonic game ever, running around the city with no time limit,BUT, then Microsoft came in with their new System coming out, the 360, awesome system, orr IS IT???
Microsoft makes a deal with Sega, "If you don't release this game when the 360 comes out, we will NEVER PUBLISH A GAME FROM SEGA ON MICROSOFT EVER AGAIN!"

Sega wasn't finished making the game and they had to publish it fast or they'd never have their games on Microsoft.
Fcking XBox360 Evil Shit :(

It's a cool system, but they really did that!

I never heard Microsoft’s part in this, but I definitely heard they were forced to release it before it could be finished. It’s a shame, since I played it and it felt like it had the potential to be a really good Sonic Adventure-like game for the next gen. I will admit that I like it, though, because I went into the game knowing it was likely going to glitch on me or screw with the controls. My paws usually have a hard time with platformers, but the game generally controlled very well when it wasn’t glitching. And I realized I could glitch through some of the hardest parts of the game. The story was great for me, too, though playing it in Japanese was funny, since the lips never syncronized.

I will save that tag. Thank you.
Everything being done to make the site more and more efficient is appreciated as well. I'm a fan of keeping things consistent, but change is also a part of performance improvement.

I have to say, Dan Hibiki. That was one heck of a game. And a finale. I beat it in about 45 minutes or so and then thought there was something wrong with my desktop…

It's understandable, at least. I simply had the tendency to start my searches from the last page with the earliest posts, rather than from the latest posts, since I could not find a way to reverse the search settings in that manner.

And as a general curiosity, before I joined the site with an account, I used the channel a lot. Until somewhat recently, in the past year or so, there were no error pages for speed-browsing/opening new tabs/windows. Was the main problem contributing to the recent stress on the channel a mass of bots, an unprecidented number of new users, or another problematic variable?

The site itself is blocked because it leads to several torrents, so I would need a direct download link. It would be greatly appreciated.
