It's a little hard to find. You see that transparent bar at the top of the page? Move your cursor over the text on that bar that says "My Account," then down to the text that says "Profile," then right towards the text that says "Change Avatar."

From that page you can upload a picture. It wiiiill be slightly blurry though, so it's better to use the Gravatar service linked therein.

When people see spelling errors they stop listening to the points that the writer is trying to make. If you want to influence people’s ideas you’ve got to be pleasing to them, otherwise they put up walls that block your ideas from reaching them.
