Where the fuck do you live? lol. It never happens like that around here, ya damn black marketeer.

Its plenty of deals on the net you just have to actively find them. Like SSF4 came out for like 40 a month later there was a sale for it for 20. Also I live in NYC so there’s places I can go to buy games and not be charged tax and its a little less than 60 bucks.

Prices drop really fast nowadays so you can wait it out and buy a game when it comes down to 40 or 30 or even 20 after 3 months or less possibly.

Umm… no. They're both atheists, it's just that one of them isn't also an agnostic.
Maybe I should have made the distinction but I was obviously was referring to the more implicit atheist.
Yes, you should have. And no, it's not obvious. Spend half a minute browsing the Interweb and you'll quickly come to the realization that there's a far too common misconception which goes something like "Atheism = There are absolutly no gods. Anywhere. Ever." Intentionally or not, you perpetuated this misconception.
I also never mention or implied agnosticism is like or dissimilar to atheism.
When you say "The reality of the matter is we don't know either way" while talking about atheism, what you end up saying is that atheists can't be agnostic. If you believe that atheists can be agnostic, then you have no reason to say that.
Agnosticism is the position of believing that knowledge of the existence or non-existence of god is impossible.
"I further say that Agnosticism is not properly described as a "negative" creed, nor indeed as a creed of any kind, except in so far as it expresses absolute faith in the validity of a principle, which is as much ethical as intellectual. This principle may be stated in various ways, but they all amount to this: that it is wrong for a man to say that he is certain of the objective truth of any proposition unless he can produce evidence which logically justifies that certainty. This is what Agnosticism asserts; and, in my opinion, it is all that is essential to Agnosticism." – Thomas Henry Huxley.
They don't pretend to know things they don't or have any convictions in the matter unlike the two groups of atheist or theist. I suspect most of here are agnostics.
Agnosticism isn't a third option, and again with the generalizing of all atheists as people who believe that no gods exists.

You are just arguing semantics here and trying to put forth your own definitions on things which I don’t really care for at this point especially when I actually gave actual definitions for what I’m claiming.

    Fine.

You took TOW's "narrow sense" and used it broadly to mean all atheists, which seems to imply that you fail at recognizing that there's a difference between saying "I don't believe in any gods" and "I believe that there are no gods." You also seem to think that agnosticism and atheism are somehow mutualy exclusive, which they aren't.

I don't believe in any gods, but I don't claim to know that no gods exist anywhere in the Universe. See how that works?

What you're trying to say is that there are 2 kinds Atheist. A weak Atheist and a Strong Atheist. Maybe I should have made the distinction but I was obviously was referring to the more implicit atheist. I also never mention or implied agnosticism is like or dissimilar to atheism. However I will say, knowing the distinction between weak atheism and strong atheism, we can put agnostics with in their own group as Agnosticism is the position of believing that knowledge of the existence or non-existence of god is impossible. They don’t pretend to know things they don't or have any convictions in the matter unlike the two groups of atheist or theist. I suspect most of here are agnostics.

Atheism can also be likened with religion. They are convinced that there isn't a God the same way Religious people are convinced that there is one. The reality of the matter is we don't know either way.
You clearly have no clue about what atheism actually is. Would I be wrong in assuming that you also believe that evolution predicts that chimpanzees should give birth to humans and that the only reason why we die is because there is an after life?

Atheism, in a broad sense, is the rejection of belief in the existence of deities. In a narrower sense, atheism is specifically the position that there are no deities. Most inclusively, atheism is simply the absence of belief that any deities exist. Atheism is contrasted with theism, which in its most general form is the belief that at least one deity exists.
    [Wikipedia]

someone who denies the existence of god
related to or characterized by or given to atheism; "atheist leanings"

    I said: They are convinced that there isn't a God . . .

Please, make an actual counter argument next time instead of committing blatant fallacies.

you shouldn't look down on them; they're just the same as every other person on the earth, no stupider or whatever. at a fundamental level religion simply gives them something that they lack in their life, a meaning, a purpose, a sense of belonging, and at the same time get rids of some of their fears.

what athiests are doing is telling them to get rid of their beliefs. what they don't realise however is that people are more then willing to be crazy if it is beneficial to them.

consider a 30 year man. he has been religious ever since he was a child, and he has lived his life following all the rules of this religion. much of his network of friends and family are religious.

to put it bluntly the entirety of his being is intertwined in one way or other with religion.

now think of what will happen if he accepts that he is crazy?

Again, you’re making a circular argument here. You’re saying religious people are crazy because they are religious. I don’t even understand what you were arguing to begin with.

Atheism can also be likened with religion. They are convinced that there isn’t a God the same way Religious people are convinced that there is one. The reality of the matter is we don’t know either way.

"Stretching it" is an understatement. It doesn't even have anything to do with Atheism. As far as I can tell, it's mistakenly representing evolution and the big bang theory?

Yeah because neither theory disproves or proves the existence of a God.
