I can see where they’re coming from. You can’t look at tattoos from our non-japanese cultural perspective. I guess the equivalent for the US would be getting tear drops tattooed on your face, though even that isn’t all that close. No matter what they call it, these farcical lists always break down into one of two camps. List of anime girls with big boobs vs List of anime girls with no boobs. You can apply all the pointless adjectives you want, but within each category the lists are identical.

Which is why I don’t randomly pick strangers and follow them around watching their lives for the entertainment value.

I just don’t get K-on. I don’t think it’s awful or anything but the amount of fanatical dedication it has among its fans is baffling. The characters are nice but there’s no real depth to them or the story IMO. It’s just entertaining fluff.

Not to mention bikinis are specially designed not to be see-through. The same cannot go for some types of underwear.
