well same thing in america if your under 18, but you don;t have to sell it for it to be child porn, you could just be sexting nude pics to your boyfriend and it would be distributing child porn, the receiving end would be charged for getting it and the sender is the distributor.

not quite sure but i think consent laws can sometimes only apply if both people are minors, but once one if them is 18 it can be statutory rape. not the thing that confuses me, i was under the impression that 20 was the legal age of adulthood in japan. So if that’s the case [...]
