Another proposal they put down is the IMMEDIATE RESTRICTION of [u]FREEDOM of SPEECH and EXPRESSION[/u] in a national emergency (i.e.: another major earthquake like the one on 3/11/11, a terrorist attack, the passing of the Emperor, etc.)!

In the three months since the digital TV transition in Japan last July,
98,000 households cancelled their TV contracts with the NHK!Part of the reason, TV shows got boring!
There’d be more if THIS crap keeps up!
