Hafta agree on that one… Miura is a talented artist. Some berserk pages (specially the ones with monsters) seems like there’s a new small detail around everytime i see it.

Wish someone had the guts to make a 100% “uncut & uncensored” animation. I mean, it’s a 18+ manga already, why hold back in the anime adaptation?

Well, i’ve never fired a gun in my life, but if i were to stard, i’d choose one of these “kid’s weapons” with loads of small improvements to reduce the recoil and make it easy to use even for a child.

everyone have to start somewhere, and even a 9mm pistol should be more than enough to scare, hurt or kill another person

In videogames i always liked shotguns… Fond Resident evil 1/2/3 memories.

Actually makes sense. Still, i belive weapons are good n' all, INSIDE the videogames. In real life, unless you live in an extremely violent country with laws that doesn't protect the criminals, you can only shoot targets or animals that in normal conditions will never do anything to you.

I remember reading once or twice in the news about men that shot a thief (or was a kidnapper?) that broke into his house. Quite the understandable act when you have a wife and/or children you want to protect. The catch is: the "good guy" was arrested for some YEARS under accusation of "intentionally trying to murder the victim" and the thief was jailed only for a couple of months (for breaking into the house).

Of course, there's even more extreme situations (wars, rebellions, gangs, etc.) but when someone buy a gun, the eagerness to use it against another human being probably will probably work against you in when you pull the trigger against someone, regardless of the reason.

Maybe i’m taking the wrong meaning of the “horrible” word, but i’d say that Zeta Gundam’s ending was just too “brutal”. not in the “gore” or “mindrape”. it was too brutal to the world it created. in less tan 10 episodes more than half of the important characters died, and most of them had “cold” deaths (jerid is a good example). even the main character had his mind destroyed.

I know that’s how a “war” themed anime should be, but some characters kinda deserved a better ending
