Whaat? The old school is so much better than music industry spew these days anyways. D:
Anyways, agreed there. About J-rock that don’t dress up, there was one I was into, but now they've broken up. I think it was Do As Infinity, if you don't mind about female leads… They're kinda ok.

When I started, I realized first hand that I can only debate up to a certain point. Lacking the capability, I just went conservatively knowing I'd fuck up if I went full on. But seeing people like you I'd also like to see for myself what'd happen if, say, I'm the kind of person susceptible to a flamebait like you. See, while I don't know everything about them, I do know my fellow practitioners well and what'd some of them say and think. While I may have thought of those things it doesn't necessarily mean I agree to them and would say them out loud. Yet practitioners with these ideas are more inclined to voicing against people like you as opposed to the more intelligent ones, and they do a bad job at it, knowing very little of what they speak. Bringing more bad than good.
And now about you Islam flamers, go seek & debate with a certified source, like a viable Imam for an example, rather than noobs you found on the internet.

Watched it, loved it. Unexpectedly an awesome sequel way superior than the first two & probably better than almost any other movie I’ve watched, especially when talking about Pixar & Dreamworks cartoons.
*cough* Now about your boxed figures.. Maybe you can start by donating them to Bonnie. :*D And maybe you can play those figures with her for the last tiem just like Andy did…

^This.
Yeah, in the comic industry they usually draw on paper bigger than the size they would print the final on. Same thing with animations done in higher resolutions than broadcast requires so as to achieve the highest quality of master copy for various purposes.
I myself tend to lose track of coordination when drawing on paper any size bigger than A4. Until now, I overcome that by drawing on multiple A4s and combining them for final result.
I haven’t been drawing much though, shame on me. Here’s some pencils I did a while back for an abandoned indie project.
Lately I’m finding trouble sticking to any particular style because it all felt unoriginal. In fact, I’ve stopped drawing for a while now in search for a different satisfaction in other form of visual art.

Nah, I’m totally okay with it. I do realize that there are parts of us that are radical than most and is proving to be a threat not only to others, but to ourselves as well. Just saying that I hope whoever that’s taking care of it is doing something with the good intent of neutralizing these radicals and in no way trying to bring harm to us purely for the purpose of personal gain, and I do hope they will be successful at it. Either it is as I wished or not, who can make sure though until we see the results.
After all a certain method must be harsher to actually bring things into order, even if risking oneself or others a bad image at first. Of which I have no means to know because I’m not part of those committing the act. As doubtful as I may seem, I have no power to change this and in the end I just can hope our patience and trust will be worth it in the end.

Maybe. I admit I did troll a bit in my post before the last one I did just to see how you would react to what could have been said by other people who's standing for the same cause I did but with a different perspective % attitude in mind. As expected that one went waaay worse, which I'm afraid most of our people are susceptible to saying when confronted with people who can spew words like you.
Either way, we're not winning the talk. Thanks for wasting your time, got the data I wanted.

Agreed on things you said thaer.. Especially the emo-maker part. xP Which I'm not really into. Let's just say I'm interested in a different form of depiction of honesty. Life is sad enough I bear not to see more.
Maybe I'm just experiencing too much of what he tries to convey in his films it just puts me off. I won’t deny that that technically it and his movies in general are awesome though.

Yep, I agree Index. Of those likes of threads I’ve been this one has been the most tolerable yet.
Just saying that people should be neutral when judging things by not merely accepting fallacies & rejecting legitimate reasoning. I’m okay if they really meant to protect the public and was committing an initiative, given it really is a small price to pay. Yet again, muslim terrorists appearing every so often in the media results in an increment of hate towards normal muslims as well and so I really do wish this would help towards reducing that in the long run. As it is though, I have not much reason to believe that.. I’ll be waiting though.

So it came to this. I was helping myself to the taste of the kinds of people who will always hate us to see why & try to reason with it. Now I know why and as everyone says it's a waste of time, really. You will always find something to pick on.
You just bashed the proceeding without knowing what it's really like either, there is a legal recourse. We don't let the criminal get away as easily as you think and we don't just stone anybody, especially not anybody who reported rape that happens to others/themselves. At this point I won't care to elaborate because nothing will ever satisfy you, who judge by your perception and things you see alone. I'm not saying the people who did this doesn't accept bribery and illegitimate means for personal gains like elsewhere, but that doesn't mean the laws are automatically wrong.
And yeah, I did think about all this. Consequences on quitting said religion? Death, right? Maybe seems harsh to you, but we care about our fellow brothers. These are people who have been thought about belief & good moral that cares both for them and the people around them, and to not be selfish & misleading. It's not just about stoning & all the bad things you claim we're into, which we don't do either without a legit reason. You might say that I'm not thinking out of the box, but here I'm also implying that you're so prone to thinking out of the box that you think whatever that are inside the box as no longer eligible for thoughts. Isn't every matter can only be rightfully justified when taking perspectives from all involved parties into account? And taking every matter from head to tail into consideration?
In the end, people like you will never accept others' ways just because it's you condemning them. How I can appeal reason to a person who won't believe that an army of phoenix once descended to stop an army of infidels on war elephants threatening to wipe believers off of earth just because they pledge faith under it? End note, you who won't have faith will never come to bring yourself to even attempt at understanding things.
Enough of this. I will indulge no further in this flaming. You can deem us wrong all you want and get nothing from it.

Did somebody say dolls?
..Well it may not look like it if you see my dA page but I actually have this passion about building toys. Only that I never have enough skill & money to keep up with the hobby.I was eye-ing on Pinky Street, if you count that as one. And get this idea about doing low poly 3D androgynous dolls with switchable hairs, head gears & clothing+body textures. Creating a whole new doll with each customization, kinda like bearbrick. Man was it fun :*D
This one is a prototype. It's pretty much final but I still haven't finished with the quality check and it's still not properly articulated. I'll get back to it when I have the time. What do you guys think?
Oh, this one also has a shimapan if you look down under.. Wait for the official release.

Maybe. Then again, maybe not.
Meh, a few threads on Violence=Islam=Terrorists and I'm tired already. I'm okay with some people like you who are actually sitting down and talk, but some others seem to just want to focus on the bad things some of us do no matter what it exhausts me. Ah I'll just go with the flow and maybe object once in a while when I feel like it.. But nothing so intensive anymore.Anyways, kid is attracted to bait. FBI used him to test a certain theory or something. For what curious purpose who knows. On that note, well asking him if he really wants to do it and he could still back out & stuff could be defined as reverse psychology if some people really wanted this talk to go on. I’m not saying I mean it, just that it’s a possibility of consequences of thoughts on this.

Stuffs
Just to note that these execution is only done to people who are forewarned of the consequences for doing stuffs, and only to those who pledged faith under said belief system. The law is so strict because it was invented to protect the good people from false reports meant to bring them harm. These people have been forewarned of the consequences of reporting rape without meeting the qualified criteria and yet they still do it. Sure, people are bound to twist the laws to their own benefit but that happens everywhere right? And no execution is justifiable so long the people judging it is wrong.
Also, know that these countries impose these kinds of public execution partly to strike fear into the public with the intention of warning them what would happen should they do the same. You can't go around saying your style of execution is more humane and just enough to teach the public not to commit the same mistake without going as far. You accuse me of equating something not equateable, but you're doing the same thing to the people in the countries you despise so much. For example, somewhere back people from outside says it's inhumane for Saddam Hussein to be cruel towards a certain group of people. This isn't in Islamic laws, and I don't agree with his methods but at least he is right about oppressing these people rather than letting them commit war against their own countrymen even though honestly he can do much better, probably. Now that Saddam Hussein is no more thanks to some gov making accusations towards Iraq that constantly shifts in subject until it eventually pointed to him, look what happened to the people. See, these people aren't your average neighborhood buddies, they'd wage war against other people just because they believe in the religion in a different way than the others. That's just saying one thing, but for sure their unruly bunch is beyond control and it had to take these execution & laws to make them quieter.
And by the way, I'm not picking the electric chair without a reason. See, it was invented because certain people complained of how inhumane death sentence by hanging is, among other reasons. Thus it was invented. At the first use of it, the victim didn't die and cried in extreme pain. They panicked and raised the voltage and do a second run. Then said person died, but his eyes started to bleed out & his body is rock stiff. After then, they said these chairs are improvised. They no longer hurt, but did anyone knew for sure? Besides, I’m also picking it to compare it with stoning, which isn’t in any way more humane than the execution brought to attention here.
What I'm saying is, these are laws god imposed. You're only bound by it if you pledge faith under it. And when you do be prepared to face it should you do any wrong it forbids that requires execution. It made it for a reason, and humans aren't any more knowledgeable as to know what's right from wrong. Don't like it? Don't get involved in the belief system. Also, you're not from those parts, how would you know how unjustified it is? I'm not saying I agree with everything there either since things & beliefs aren't so pure anymore as with the divisions of sects and stuffs, but outsiders are in no place to poke one's nose in another's matters and claim they know better on what things should be done and what's not.
Also, just because they're modern as is someplace else, doesn't mean they can't choose their own laws. You can't excuse the backwards people while you accuse these people. For all you know you've been brainwashed as well as to believe what's right in only your views.

Sad indeed are these days where true patriots, who are willing to stand up for America and her ideals even in the face of near-global criticism, are few and far between replaced now by men who hold Collaborationism and Appeasement in higher regard than their own country.
I dunno but don’t you feel lied about at times? We love our lands as you do yours, but not the shifty politicians. We may live under them however that doesn’t mean we should believe everything they say and render us void of our own opinions.
Of course, what you said earlier about hightailing terrorists is possible by this action. But at the same time it’s kind of done with a self-righteous intent of saving oneself even while unnecessarily bring even more bad names to another that is already viewed as bad thanks to many other acts done to frame this group earlier. That is just attracting more drama & hate towards an otherwise innocent group. Where’s the justice in that?

Yep, they’re doing it wrong. What’s the point of catching an otherwise harmless person? It’s like asking if a normal person wants CP, he said yes and you gave him one and apprehending him soon after for possessing it.
If there’s anything they gain from this it’s only that now they know for sure how to forge an accusation of terrorism act.

Stuffs I forgot & reasonings
Oops, checked back & yeah they actually did. I forgot, sorry. But yeah point is I understand this kind of relationship that eventually disperses. Just getting a conformation there, and the way it seems the appreciation of this situation applies mostly to GOOD friends. Which I didn’t have in my early days, what’s with most being bullies & back stabbers I want to forget & disappear from my life for good. Eventually as I encounter the few I can trust I made sure I don’t lost contact of them even as we go separate ways, realizing the fact that trustworthy friends like that don’t come around every so often.
Seeing all this from my point of view, I suppose it’s only natural that I didn’t like it because the couple seemed like people who don’t know how to keep a good friend in contact for their own sake when they’re both people who don’t have much friends to begin with to me. But I see how people with different experiences & opinion can react differently to Makoto Shinkai’s movies and it’s not only me not liking it. So maybe I’m just one of those people who gets rubbed off by his stuffs due to my different views on things.

@Travodka: I guess first person narration is one of those things you either like or don't. I thought it was expertly done.
***FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T WATCHED, SPOILER!!!!! ***
It was well done in all technicality I admit, the 1st person narration included. The one that put me off was the consequences of the story itself. I mean, they did meet for the last in part 1 after all, they could have exchanged addresses or phone numbers, but they didn't, even though they both admit their love for each other. And when they did that reality ensues as they never get to be together again, as expected.
Though, as much as I went wtf I do know it's all intended. Perhaps to depict the indecisive human nature that would risk even a partner's loyalty & left when away for a long time & in doubt or something else. Well, it seems his films aren't intended for everyone.
***SPOILER ENDS***
I also watched The Place Promised In Our Early Days and get the same kind of disappointment. So I'll just be walking away from seeing his productions I think.. Still, I'm curious. Other than the visuals, sounds & technical aspects(both in production & storytelling), which part of it you guys find brilliant, and why? Also, did you guys honestly liked the story?
