don’t worry , they wont feel bad , the one thing i have realized is that most kids that are bullys are sociopaths at that age and will most likely just forget about it , that’s how kids were when i was bullied

ya , anon is correct , the usa technically cut off the worlds internet but because of the paranoia of tech super powers they all probably have backups at least ex , usa , japan , china , Russia ect…
