I’ll enforce all girls to wear uniforms appropriate to them (i.e. schoolgirls, civil servants, etc.). The ugly, and fat are to be executed on the spot. Or at least sent to a remote island – and have them sterilized; we don’t want them reproducing, now do we?

Men are to be fully clothed at all times. Nothing pisses me off more than seeing a guy lacking a t-shirt on him. And when I say “fully” clothed I mean that the only parts of a male that are allowed to be exposed are the hands (elbows are ‘not’ hands; so anything above the wrists doesn’t count), and face.
