Kuiba art looks like a cross between Naruto, Dragonball & Avatar & it doesn’t look bad. The animation is good (lots of frames in between key frames) and the voicework quality is also pretty good actually, almost as good as Japanese voice work in another language.
The only problem is that the mix of the different art style is slightly jarring. It’s as if they got different artists to design each character. It’s a bit like Ghost in the shell where Motoko looks so different to Batou & the rest of the world.
