Everyone who love TLR like it for its art/ecchiness. Noone is under the illusion that is has brilliant storyline. So no, TLR would not be overated. It would deserve its rating

anyone find this idea Square Enix is pushing onto their fans ridiculous? Reward them for finishing the game once, not 50!!!! times. This does nothing but annoy your fan base. Whast the point of getting your fans to finish the game 50 times but waste their time?
