Okay, I’m going to try and see if I can make this group useful for something. How about listing some anime/manga/games that contain both the desired qualities. I’m going to play a couple of obvious and recent cards with a few current season anime. Strike Witches 2 should come as no surprise, with quite an assortment of breast sizes, but the two most obvious would have to be Francesca Lucchini and Charlotte E Yeager; Not only do they represent the two extremes well, they’re also often seen together although, despite being two years her senior, Miyafuji is just about as flat as Lucchini. (on a side note when breast size isn’t in consideration Sanya is my personal favorite)

  Number two, perhaps not quite as big as Strike Witches, and woefully imbalanced in favor of Boin it’s Sekirei, with it’s second season now running. The examples of larger bust is pretty obvious, every single female in the show but one. Of course we have our saving grace Kuu, single-handedly representing the pettanko side, not really fair having to do it all alone. I’m still waiting anxiously for when they discover the sekirei who Kuu has been searching for has Minato’s sister as an ashikabi.
