I have found some sites with it in english and am thinking about printing and selling copies to people, should I? im leaving this up to the HOTD discussion group to decide for me =)

Most probably. On the manga, on that same part, an actual look-alike of Shaun appears in the gas station store, is pretty funny/cool to see all the little glimpses the manga gives to the movies of the zombie genre.
