    WPE

    anyone who works in hospitality knows that black people, especially black women, rarely tip and if they do it's generally a really shit tip

    now i know there's no biological reason that black people are so cheap, but i can't figure out why they don't and i'm tired of feeling white guilt because when i see a delivery ticket up for "laquanda" that's nothing but 20 wings and a 2 liter of grape soda i get pissed because i know i'm gonna use my time and gas for nothing

    i think that maybe it's because culturally they aren't used to having service jobs because generally they have language and mannerisms that are unsuitable for customer service and thus don't know what it's like to live on tips

    oh and obviously i'm talking about "ghetto" blacks, not all blacks

    sorry if i'm offending anyone with this i just really need to understand why i can't ever get a decent tip from a black so i don't feel so racist when i don't want to serve them

    also black people are the least intimidated, socially or persoanility wise.
    which is main factor in tipping, Generous/"i've been there" mentality is rare

    The only reason they call for delivery is so that they don't have to pay gas to go to the restaurant, why the hell would they pay for your gas? They see that the system is there for them to use. If everyone were rational(and rude) they wouldn't tip, and hence your restaurant would have to pay you for gas(and probably increase the price of their items).

    You know that theres ghetto (insert race here) too right? They're just as bad...I swear those types of people bring the "hood" with them everywhere they go... Attention whores the lot of them..(which is why I ignore them...it drives them crazy x3)

    I tip but it's 10%... so unless I buy alot, it won't be much...
