If I assume this person is male then that would mean pictures 2 & 3 would depict an effeminate guy disguised as a tomboy dressed as an effeminate guy. This seems odd to me. Not impossible! Just odd.
My calculation rests on:
70% Likely to have female genitalia.
30% Likely to have male genitalia.
And as for gender identity, I'm gonna have to say that this person looks somewhat like the type of "gender queer" fellow who's trying to fall out of the gender binary altogether. Or something.... just a stab in the dark here. Don't mind me.

It's to keep their bangs close to the side of their face. A wig can look very fake if the bangs stick out and expose your entire face.
