   I'm pretty sure there's already a topic about this however, there is a variation, I'm looking for someone who can speak and read Japanese and English pretty fluently, and if possible, living in Japan, I'm kind of desperate looking for a linguist by November. Need somone to work for me, the pay will be good(all my potential contacts either couldn't come due to education or whatever).

   I know I know, its pretty unorthodox looking for a potential employee on a forum but keep in mind, those who are interested in here, you will be seen as a last resort >>. (By the way, if you are living in a place other than Japan, I will pay for plane ticket and accomodation, but only as a last resort!). It will start in November 20th, just so you know, I will also test you on your skills.

    Work entails translating in a conversation (english to japanese and vice versa), translating emails/letters/contracts for a whole month.

    How much would you be paying, and how much time a day would you expect for work?

    Probably like 4-6 hours a day, depends on how busy the day and how many clients I am meeting on that day (lots of contracting to do *sigh*).

    Minus the travelling time!

    Oh well, I was planning to pay like $20 an hour or more
