Who do you like more? And whose breasts are better? Both are very busty Japanese women. Fuko is a Japanese P-cup and Hitomi Tanaka is a Japanese J-cup. Only answer if you like busty women and don't answer if it's about loli or about preferring flat chested women.

I like the face on 2 and both have sub par breasts for models in my opinion.
Fuko actually looks really cute in that picture, but I like Hitomi more.

I find it too bad that Hitomi Tanaka almost never smiles in her pictures. I much prefer gravure idols who have a friendly and approachable look about them.

I'd go with Hitomi, because J-cup is as smaller you're gonna get with only those two choices..

There is an extent at which large breasts are attractive to me but the second one crossed the line, those sagging torpedoes do nothing for me =/ The first one is cuter and the breasts aren't majorly gigantic. I still always choose cuteness first though.

Do your boobs hang low? do they wobble to and fro? Can you tie them in a knot? Can you Tie them in a bow?
I doubt I would mind either especially if they were dangling in my face while she rode me.
But at the end of the day, those girls will just have eventual back troubles. If they are smart, they'll get them reduced before they regret having them.
Second girl's breasts are too big for my taste. I'll go with choice number one.

The thing is, Fuko's boobs aren't actually too big for my taste, except they've lost all shape which is a shame.
