well you'll have to forgive us but it's nearly impossible for a thread like this to turn out a real answer so it just get's old after awhile...
now skepticism aside my personal opinion on this one is that (assuming Hellgirl can even die in the first place) whoever strikes first would win

also is Hellgirl technically undead? if so I doubt the deathnote would have any effect since it usually functions via heart attack right?
(I haven't seen more than like 2-3 Eps of hellgirl and 0-1 Eps of deathnote so anything I say on this matter should definitely be taken with a grain of salt)*in fact I'm just going to slowly back out of this topic now byebye
