According to Japanator the cast well known popular Japanese seiyū like Yoko Hisaka (K-ON!!'s Mio), Yukana (Code Geass' C.C.), Asami Shimoda (B Gata H Kei's Yamada) and Kana Hanazawa (Bakemonogatari's Nadeko).This 3d Scifi mecha show is set for a Winter season appearance, so expect it in January 2011.

Its a new Anime series and of course I don't think its link to Stratos 4 they are going all out with a really good cast of experience seiyū who done some popular animes.Also Archer I agree it does look like Sky girl's and I miss that series :(.

I'm finally getting my delicious mecha musume anime series! The CG isn't looking out of place, everyone looks like they're from Strike Witches, the voice actors sound pretty and the mechs look like they have delicious designs.
So tl;dr:
This will definitely will be on my watch list.
I love how the production team choose wisely.
