   I was discussing with a macfag yesterday, and he kept trying to prove me that Macs are better than PCs. He sucks major cocks, and here's why:

   1 - Macs ARE overpriced.

   There is no point on discussing this. For $2000 you buy a good PC, but that's the price of a basic Mac, with shitty hardware.

   2 - It's design isn't THAT good.

   Macs may look nice, but they're not THAT good-looking. In fact, some PCs looks MUCH better than a Mac. Also, their OS looks like shit. Seriously, all that eye-candy is GAY and USELESS. Also, no, I'm not interested on one-button mice, seriously.

   3 - It has viruses.

   And it's been years since I...oh, wait. I've never had problems with viruses, spyware or anything like that. And I have never spent a single cent on security software either!

   4 - It doesn't "just works".

   The same macfag of yesterday said he already had problems with his mac before, I don't remember what sort of problems. Looks like he had to reinstall his OS or something like that. And I've been using Windows 7 for months now with no problem, except a few weeks ago, when I had to reinstall Win7, but that's because I screwed up things up. Also happens on Mac. But for the past years, I had no problems. Windows Vista always worked great. And Windows 7 never let me down so far. XP? I had a few problems with it...at least 8 years ago!

   5 - It has no games. And is bundled with crap too.

   Mac has a few games. But that's it. A few. Also, anything you do with the software bundled with a Mac, you can do, much better, on Windows, using both free and paid software. In fact, you can use linux, it is better than mac osx, which IS based on UNIX.

   PC's are just more diverse hence performs slightly sub par to mac. But if you get the right parts you have a pc acting like a mac.

   You're arguing Windows vs OSX. If I did have to choose between the two I'd go with OSX since I've always been a Unix guy. But as it is I've never touched any Windows version past XP or any OSX release outside of the initial one.

    In China,people who buy Mac most because they try to show their wealth..1 billion people in my country can't afford a Mac,so that Mac becomes a simbol of wealth.It's a sadness

    Honestly, I don't mind it when people debate over something, but the whole PC vs. MAC thing always gets reduced to pointless attacks on the image of the products. The whole thing irks me.
