upon seeing how simple making udon noodles are on Space Brothers, i decided to give it a go. about an hour before it's ready to be rolled out ^ ^
here's how it's done:
dissolve salt in warm water then mix with flour (1 cup of flour per serving, 1/2 cup warm water to 1 teaspoon of salt). it is paramount that only enough water to hold the mixture into a ball is used. place dough in a zip-lock bag, pushing out as much air as possible. cover the bag in a towel and knead it dough with one's feet. after about a minute or so, take the dough out of the bag, fold it, place it back in and knead it again. do that at least four times. leave the dough to settle for a minimum of three hours.roll out dough into a rectangle of desired thickness. cover the dough with flour so it does not stick. fold the dough and cut it. note that noodles will always swell when boiled. cook the cut dough, now noodles, in a large pot of boiling water till chewy. ensure to rinse the noodles before serving.

Yeah it's all black, expect when downloaded.
I'm thinking about making some spacecake for my dads 50th birthday next week. Though stuff is pretty expensive if you want a reasonably sized cake. Count on 25 euro's for just 10 slices. (5 grams of cannabis).
