      Homemade Sushi by moi.
      Made it for yesterday evening, still a bit left which I'm going to have as lunch today.

      It's not really that hard honestly.

      Just buy some special Sushi rice.
      Cook the rice throughly (Soon as the water starts cooking lower the fire and let it stand until all the water is evaporated but the rice is still moist.) Oyeah and add sugar at the start of this process.
      Let the rice cooldown for a few hours, and you're done.

      Well done.. Making the Sushi itself isn't hard, get some nori, cucumber, ginger (for Tuna rolls) and anything you seem fit really..
      Just spread the rice on the Nori, but not all the way to the edges, lay down a strip of Salmon/Tuna at on end together with the cucumber etc.. Now just start rolling it up. Et voila.

      *edit* If you slice really thin and long strips of a cucumber you can use it as a sort of thread, be creative.
