I see tuna, and that's good enough for me. My favorite is eel, though.

I'm bummed that eel is never found in sushi around where I live. Admittedly, I don't think I've ever had authentic sushi, but even if it's fake sushi, they could at least include some eel sushi...

I've seen it in almost every Sushi restaurant I went to so far..
Soho, located around the Netherlands (eindhoven, Adam)and Yokohama (I suggest you go here, they even got a convoyer for the sushi.) And a few little places I've been to also had it.

I haven't heard of either of those. There are plenty of large Japanese restaurant chains and sushi bars both where I live and where I go to school (Moshi Moshi, Sushi Qube, Shabu Shabu, Idol), but I've never visited any. I really should, though. Maybe before the next school year starts.

Shabu Shabu is the name of a sushi bar? That must confuse some Japanese.

  15. fuck me!

I suddenly have a craving for shrimp tempura & the sad thing is I've already tried all the dives that have it here in SacTowne....

    And they all suck!
Damn haoles don't know how to make tempura.

This is one of those tiems I wish I was back in Hawai'i, there is a local take out place called Zippy's that makes tempura to go - better than half decent.

I really want to say. Hey lets go grab a bite together this summer. But it would be pretty awkward I guess.
