     Ikkitousen reminds me of a really good manga, with the dragons, eyepatch girls, bloody school tournaments, really old guys still in high school,
     forgot the name

     but that manga was long as hell, i'm not even sure if it actaully ended. but that one was enough to keep me away from anime/manga with kickass themes like that,
     i'm not sure if this genre is historical, because the stories are exactly the same.
