You're especially emo when you get mad. In fact, that's when you're at your most emo.

I'm playing with a female character. She looks like a whore and sounds like a bitch...

At least use my joke when describing your character.

i dont know how emo is that , but that sounds like a way to much gay imo
Homu, pics of this character.
dragon's dogma's demo has a really ample array of facial and body features to customize your characters :3 really really nice~
I can't wait for dragons dogma. Maybe it'll give me faith in capcom again.
...Not that I can afford it, anyways. Sob.
4 lines, one typo. Oh, how I love italian translations...
the gameplay is horrid. Good ol' capcom, will you ever get one game right?

Am I the only guy on Sancon who isn't playing as a female character in Tera?
If I was a guy, I'd play as a male character~
I think half the fun of an MMO is putting yourself in the shoes of the hero you're playing.
I play girls half because I like inserting myself into the game and half because they're nicer to look at. Plus, I love the idea of a strong female hero.
it depend from each pow , for me , when i play a game , i like to get into the shoes of the hero , making descisions and that shit , feel identified(?) with the hero , so that is one of the reason why i always choose male , even when the fuckers are really ugly sometimes
it depends on the body type too, in my opinion. Like, in world of warcraft, male humans can only be as muscular as schwarzenegger. They're really ridiculous as casters!
And then there's the thing of wanting something nice to look at. In this case it works because there's not so much of a plot to follow, you don't really identify yourself with the savior of the world or what not.
In games where your figure is important and you get to make decisions, I prefer to play as a male. I learned the hard way with Mass Effect. What if you play as a female and then Tali is not bisexual? That's terrible!
Maybe i should play WoW now if males are that muscular , i hate games where the fucking protagonists are a bunch of weaklings , well i actually hate weaklings in general , in everything , not only in games . Oh yeah , i think some mmorpgs are the exception
Also , Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility still feels boring , so i already downloaded Rune Factory Frontier and Tides of Destiny both Undub as almost everything with english dub makes my ears bleed so fucking bad.
all males in wow look way too buff, imo. Orcs are somehow okay because they're orcs, and then there are the Taurens. I love Taurens. They're so nice, so fluffy, and the horns, and the smell. Luckily you can't smell them.
Oh, the blood elves are not buffed at all. They're... huh, kind of like theantiweaboo.
The fact that you can make your dragon's dogma characters look like children is really creepy. So japan.
oh , how bad i dont have that much time to waste on mmorpgs sounds cool though but at the same time makes me thinks that is a reason why there a fuktons of nerds that waste all their time in WoW playing a buffed character where most of them are a complete ball of fat or complete losers IRL .
WoW just seems gross to me in general. Art, gameplay, community, everything.
If you looked at the forums and at the issues they complain for, you'd have a much worse opinion of them.
I've been told of insults that are beyond madness!
The bad players are a vast majority, like everywhere else. The problem is that the game became more and more casual-friendly as time went on, as to cater casual players and give up on hardcore ones. This surely was the right economical manouver, but at what cost! It's sure nice everyone can play all the contents, but when the game is too easy you don't even feel any joy in conquering new challenges.
There are some hard-core guilds that finish every content on the first or second week after the release, because they spent the whole beta test time doing trying what will be implemented, so they already know everything by the time it comes out.
I'm talking about people who raid for 5, 6 hours 5 days a week, organize events and punish people if they are a few minutes late. The list goes on for ever, it's terrible!
I like the gameplay, though. And the art... depends on the race, really. It's horrid for most, but for instance Taurens are really cool.
yep , WoW is out of my list , i dont really play online games that much , actually i dont play games that much either as lately i just dont have time , when i finished x work , something happen or something broke and now more work to do and that cycle almost never end
It's not like I wouldn't be willing to play a female character. I agree that they're nicer to look at than males, and I don't like the way I can't tone down the muscles on human males in Tera (seriously, I can make my face look ridiculously distorted, but I can't make it look like I'm not on steroids?). But I also like to insert myself into the character I'm playing, and I have a harder time doing that if I'm playing a female character (especially in games that involve romance, and it doesn't let you fall in love with characters of the same sex).
I'll probably play a few female characters in Tera later on, but I'd like my main to be male. This gives me something to switch to when a family member is around, since I don't want them seeing me playing as a girl wearing revealing armor.
This is kinda how I feel about pokemon games. I'd much rather play as the female protagonists (since their designs are much better than the male designs, especially in recent games), but I only play as the male protagonists, because I wouldn't want anyone I know IRL to find out I'm playing a female character.
