   I saw Haruhi no Shoushitsu last night finally - it was wonderful!

   Even with the positive reviews I was aware of, I wasnt really expecting something of this magnitutde - the gulf between the movie's production quality and any previous KyoAni production is gigantic.

   I actually don't remember any scene dropped in the movie, so it's as perfect an adaptation as you can get. Though, perhaps that made for the only single problem I could find with the film - it does drag for a little bit at the 3/4 mark before picking up again.

   I wont do any sort of review, but I will say I think I might even find it to be superior to the original series 6-part main story arc, which should be saying something.

   Ill mention the Nanoha and Macross movies in this thread at some point, and Ill try to put a few pictures I took last night later today.

   Hopefully Ill get back to writing front page articles soon too...

   they go on an adventure while they try to curb her wild desires

   Yuki steps up to battle

   they all wish they had normal lives
   Kyon thinks about his tsun relationship with Haruhi

   Well sounds like it really did break expectations. Despite having read translations of the novel and know what will happen, I am more eager to watch it more than ever!

   And also, glad to see you writing again! Take your time in getting back in the swing of things and don't be afraid of the new faces.They can be overly critical, but hell, what do they know?

   I'm very excited about the movie. Does anyone know where I can see it bootlegged & subbed for free?? Or is it too early?

   I just saw the live concert on youtube - Yuko is so kawaii. I found a link once that streamed the second evangelion movie - I think it was here. Anyone know where I can download the soundtrack?

    Haruhi actually isn't the instigator of Shoushitsu's events, and is more of an innocent victim here. It's probably closest to Bamboo Rhapsody as far as what we've seen animated, but it is still quite unique.

    2.5 hours! My showing was almost at 21:00, so all us theatre-goers had to rush off to the train station quickly before midnight.

    You'll find whatever is out there easily enough at the same few torrent sites that always get linked in response to this sort of request.

    Please look at one of those, or ask in the requests thread, please!
