D.11) Voting is open to all registered SanCom users & Participants.
D.12) Participants can only vote for Matches which do not involve their respective waifu.
D.13) Once votes are locked (by the forum), no vote-changing is allowed.

H) Miscellaneous (Optional)
H.1) Since SanCom has an "Any Artists?" thread, I propose anyone to illustrate a promotional poster, mascot & the winner's trophy.
H.2) Since SanCom has a "Musician Thread", I propose anyone to compose a theme song / music / melody.
H.3) I would also like to propose anyone to prepare a promotional (short) vid / clip / ad / tagline / catch phrase.
The participation & waifu Entrant submission starts on 7-Feb-2010, 0000 hours JST, Sunday. Until then, all are free to discuss about the Tournament: Queries, suggestions, etc.
Also, start collecting as many illustrations of your waifu as possible, or divorce & choose a new waifu or whatever. Those who have yet to claim a waifu, stake your claim ASAP (with prove of "union", of course)!
Since forum posts can quickly grow incredibly long, all official update posts (by yours truly) will be tagged with the phrase "mai_waifu_desu" (without quote marks) at the end of the update posts for ease using the search engine. So, search for "mai_waifu_desu" for updates.
