Based off the source material (Happiness Anime- i dunno about the VN), Jun is not that enticing of a trap... he's great comic relief, but not especially sexy. Thus I voted Hideyoshi, because he is pretty sexy in his native form.
However, nothing stirs up a desire in me to receive another man's cum as much as that Naughty Nurse Jun picture.

Interesting that the thread starter none of the posters here realize what Jun and Hideyoshi represents. No, not the ultimate trap, but something far deeper.
Jun Watarase represents hard work and dedication. We may never truly know what he looked like before, but we do know he has dedicated himself to become as feminine as he could be. The beautiful results of his efforts are plainly felt in the hearts (among other places) of everyone. Thus, even among the bevy of otherworldly beauties among the cast of characters in Happiness!, Jun managed to stand out, and be the most popular of them all. To support Jun is to believe in yourself, and that as long as you keep moving forward, you can achieve anything, even the heart of the man you love the same way Jun has loved the protagonist (and captured the hearts of fans along the way).
Hideyoshi Kinoshita represents natural talent and genius. Smart, graceful, and gorgeous, he only ended up in the Baka class due to the lack of motivation. All his charm and virtues have been his since birth, he had never worked hard to attain them. In fact, he had not really shown any desire to be feminine, yet he does not need to make any effort to do so--for his femininity is his own natural state, (This may be debatable, since although Hideyoshi insists on being treated as a guy, he has not really protested to being treated as a girl, either. Then again, this could be chalked up to his lack of motivation as well.) Hideyoshi has truly a charmed life, and his lack of interest being a symptom of having everything handed to him on a silver platter (case in point, he has a twin sister in the top class, and yet it is plainly visible that Hideyoshi is the superior sibling). To support Hideyoshi is to believe in the existence of God, an ideal, an idol that is above and beyond us mortals, a symbol of perfection embodied by Hideyoshi.
When you vote, vote not for what your eyes perceive, but what your heart feels is right. Choose wisely.
tl;dr - Jun = GAINAX; Hideyoshi = KyoAni.
