Site suggestions? How about a disclaimer for new users when they create their new account, and a CLEAR SET OF RULES FOR ALL USERS TO SEE AND ABID BY. None of this in the shadows you will be punished for posting this or that without knowing what you did wrong.

I suggest an email confirmation, similar to how you type in your password twice when you register. And maybe an expiration for when a registered username isn't activated by email after a certain amount of time.
