This guy totally fucked up American statutes and I am really pissed he didn't fight it because he was ashamed of it. I can't think of any recent cases where artists got pinned for it. I do remember one of the reasons that they started cracking down on art was due to jailed child molesters trading loli art with each other. They are in jail so it isn't like I care what they do in the first place, so I think that outlawing things due to their prevalence in a jail is a bit stupid, but I'm not a politician so I don't have to worry about my opinions pleasing the masses.

The mod was foolish i can see how they would get a sexual vibe but i can even see some tits if you look closely. The reason the mods assumed it was underaged is because the character in the picture is an actual character in the game. 'Claire', who is under 18. Yeah, banning for a little cameltoe is pretty dumb, especially on such a borderline adult character >_>
edit: err please don't stick me for defining 18 as 'adult'. I know that's not really the case, but as a mothercon it's really hard for me to remember all the little nuances of you lolicons.

Just a little warning, since you live in Canada.
Someone on a gamefaqs board started a rumour that at least one Canadian ISP was given orders to monitor traffick to known loli/shota sites.
The rumour is as of yet entirely unconfirmed.
edit: My guess is he's bullshitting, but this is the original post. The user making the claim is a frequent poster on the boards.

Depends on who draws it. Me personally I try to avoid Loli as much as possible because it does look like child porn. I'm not saying that a legal girl can't be flat chested but she also has to have certain features that suggest she's older.I also stay away from shota. Sadly an artist I love named BLADE does loli which I guess in turns makes me a hypocrite sadly.
