Latest Purchase OTAKU

    Whatever you want.

Enlarged is a weird way to say it. It's just free 8x10 prints. Upload your image, use coupon code, go to walgreens to pick up your free print, voila.

Given that you wrote about it in this thread, I expected the prints to regularly be of the sexy or moe variety. I'd totally get this as large as I could:

Oh, and my latest purchase was ef - a tale of melodies. An amazing show.

Wasn't able to start her immediately because I was busy painting this:

Now regarding the AGP Blue Tears armor, Bandai should seriously take a cue from Konami's Busou Shinki line. Not all parts interlock which means that stuff can fall off unless you put a bit of back into it. Cecilia's alternate hairstyle still gets in the way of the mecha parts, and changing the pose is a painstaking process. (because things fall off when you move them)

Incidentally, I know nothing about IS. The Blue Tears Armor just reminded me of Strike Freedom, only with fat legs and no gold joints.

  5. Recently pre-ordered this Kneesocks by Yamato. It's beautifully sculpted and I love the pose. Between Yamato and the Alter's version with her standing pose, I think like Yamato more. Although, I just hope they can deliver on quality since they tend to come flimsy half the time on their final products.

Oh well....guess that depends on how cool your local walgreen's printer dude is. I wouldn't send them nudes, but I have printed animu pics.

Let's see, the other day, I picked up
Sayaka and Kyouko figmas(I think that's all of them. Complete set(minus the second Homura))
And I picked up my dvds for RomeoxJuliet and Bamboo Blade.

  9. Was considering getting the Reiko Fault figure, but her bottom is non cast-off.

Bad move considering she's an eroge character, and a supporting one, even.

If a Mio Sugiyama figure would be in the works later on, not making it full cast-off is unforgivable.

She looks great Lucifer. I'm still thinking about ordering her. I already have Alters ordered, but I like Yamato's pose more. Is Yamato's quality that bad?

I just received the worst figure in my collection lol. I'm amazed at how bad Satorin came out.

Also just put my preorder in for Sena from alphamax.

I'm not sure which figure you're referring to. But according to MFC, Yamato's Kneesocks is made of PVC and ABS. I assume her legs are of ABS, besides figures with poses such of those above have been reenforced with materials that will withstand for along time.

Kneesocks was who I was asking about ^^ The only figure I have from Yamato is Sonico babydoll ver. and Yukihime. I'm still thinking of ordering kneesox since I love the pose. Was just wondering what you meant by Yamato being flimsy 1/2 the time on their figures.

  16. Since I knew about this particular figure...

    I have been debating...

I mean ~ I like the character, (with long or short hair) ...

However, there's (something) - "missing" - in this one, unlike the other one that I PreOrdered, and I don't mean clothing...

I will wait and see if another offer comes up with another company, its a long shot, and I may miss out, but I'll take that chance.

  17. Accel World has some nice figures. Not sure if I should get a Black Lotus model kit or wait for a SH Figuarts or a figma.

  18. Found a nice display case for half off. It was just the right size for the Nendo Hagamai Gaming Girls.

There's a lack of color variation... the figure looks too plain.
